Heating

To activate the heating, slide the controller slider across to Auto. The heating will then follow the schedule below automatically.

Slide the controller to AUTO (far right) to activate
7:00am
Morning — heating rises to 21°C
9:00am
Mid-morning — reduces to 20°C
5:00pm
Evening — increases to 22°C
10:00pm
Night — reduces to 15°C
⚠️ Please do not adjust the programmed settings on the controller. When you depart, please try to remember to set the slider back to Off.

Wi-Fi

There is a high-speed internet service available throughout the lodge. Please use the following details to connect.

Important: Please make sure you connect to Parkdean WiFi — not "Parkdean Customer" or "Parkdean Free". It can sometimes take a few minutes for devices to connect fully, so please be patient.

TV

The TV runs over the Parkdean high-speed Wi-Fi, so please do not reset the Wi-Fi settings on the TV.

You're welcome to use all the streaming services available on the home screen using our accounts. We'd be grateful if you didn't log in to your own accounts on the TV.

If the TV connection drops out: On occasions the TV connection can drop. If this happens, turn the TV off at the wall and wait 5 minutes before turning it back on. If this doesn't resolve it, please call or message Abigail on 07366 377 451.
HDMI cable: If you'd like to plug in directly via HDMI, there is a connected cable tucked behind the picture on the shelf to the left of the TV — just pull it out and plug in.

Outside Furniture

The outside furniture is weatherproof, but it will last much longer if we keep the weather off it when it's not in use. We'd really appreciate your help with this.

Side of the lodge: The cushions for the rattan corner sofa are stored in the storage box behind the lodge. It's not locked — please help yourselves.

Front of the lodge: The cushions for the armchairs are kept inside, next to the record player.

When you leave, please bring the cushions back in and pop the covers back on to the furniture. Thank you!

Bluetooth Speakers

There are two Bluetooth speakers in the lodge — one below the record player and one below the TV.

We suggest using the one below the record player, called "Edifier D12". If you use this one, the TV speaker will stay connected to the TV and continue to improve the TV sound.

To connect to the Edifier as a Bluetooth speaker, use the remote and press the Bluetooth symbol (bottom-left button).

Charging Cables

We've left USB-C and Lightning charging cables in various locations around the lodge to make life a little easier during your stay.

Please leave the charging cables where you find them and don't take them home 😊
